Availability Under
the description on each products detailed information page
is an estimate of how long it typically takes us to source
that particular product "if we don't have the product
in stock". We do stock the majority of products displayed
on the site, but include this reference to avoid disappointment.
Once the product has left our distribution centre, the target
shipping times below apply. To see the product availability
time for the products you have ordered, see each products
detailed information page. All orders are shipped as a single
packaged unit, so the longest time shown for the individual
products you have chosen will apply. Closing
Dates for International Christmas Services Below
are the closing dates given by New Zealand Post for their
International Christmas services. While New Zealand Post
makes every effort to delivery Christmas mail in time for
Christmas, they can't/don't guarantee delivery - therefore
neither can we because we use them. | Region | Economy

Shipping Times & Terms Target
shipping times are based on historical performance of our
shipping service provider to major cities. You can expect
that items sent to a particular zone will usually arrive at
their destination within the time frame specified for each
service. Because our shipping service provider does not not
directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot
guarantee that your items will always reach their destinations
within the target times. We do not pay compensation for any
delay in the shipping of your item. The shipping times shown
here apply once all of the items in your order have been collated,
and the order is dispatched from our distribution centre.
Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not
accounted for. International orders are subject to import
duties or taxes levied by the authorities in the receiver's country.
These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver.
All items are considered gifts, and usually incur no extra
costs. |
