Our Returns Policy

Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the newzealand.co.nz shop, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided:

* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original packing slip is included with the item.
* Any CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or VHS tape is unopened (still in its plastic wrap).
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.
* You include a valid return note issued by us for all returned items.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.

The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.

Before sending any return please contact us and we will issue you with a return note.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from newzealand.co.nz. We do not accept returns of:

* Any item that is returned (and received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.
* Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or soiled, or is missing parts.
* Any return which does not include the original packing slip.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items back to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.

Should you return an order that was placed using a coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the discount as the discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.


Orders Lost During Shipping

If you think your order may have been lost during delivery, please contact us and provide:

* Your order payment and/or receipt number.
* Your delivery tracking number (if you have been issued one).


Orders Damaged During Shipping

If items of an order have been damaged during shipping, you must:

* Notify us by email, phone or fax within 2 days of delivery.
* Provide your payment receipt and/or order number.

Please do not return or contact us about items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue replacements or refunds for nonqualifying items.

You should not return any damaged items to us until we have processed your claim and issued you with a return note.
