Ordering Information

Orders

Shopping with newzealand.co.nz is easy. You don't need to create an account or register first, just start selecting the products you want and add them to your cart. We'll ask for the delivery and payment details when you're ready to place your final order. You should note that we don't accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed and paid for through our online shopping service.

Order Acceptance

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Finding Items

You need to find the products you want and add them to your shopping cart before you can place an order. The products are divided up into categories to make browsing easy and intuitive. A search box is located on most pages which you can use to search with key words that describe the product you're after. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item, it's photo, or the "info" button to see a detailed information page about that product. There you'll find more information about the item including its "shipping time" - an estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution center.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from the shop, simply click the "Buy" button associated with that product in the product list or its detailed information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the cart's navigation menu or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to buy.

You can alter the quantity of individual products by changing the number in the shopping cart form, and then clicking "Re-calculate". If you don't click "Re-calculate" the product and cost total's won't be updated to reflect your changes. You can delete products from your shopping cart by entering 0 in the quantity field and clicking "Re-calcualte", or by clicking on the rubbish bin icon. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.

When your shopping cart contains all the products you want to order, click the "Next" button to continue.

Enter Shipping Details

Tell us where you'd like this order sent, and how you'd like it sent. There are two methods of shipping available which are outlined on the Shipping page, found in the menu above. Be sure that the recipients name and details are correctly entered in the spaces provided, as this information is used to calculate the shipping costs for your order.

If the shipping destination is within New Zealand and you're unsure of the Postal Code, you can just enter 0000. For all international orders you must enter a valid postal code.

Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose the relevant shipping method. More information on shipping, including target shipping times, can be found on the Shipping information page in the menu above.

Coupons

If you've got a valid coupon, enter its number in the space provided. For more information on coupons, see the "Coupons" link at the top of this page.

Order Summary

Take a moment to review your Order Summary, noting the final items in your Shopping Cart and the shipping information you have provided. You can make changes to the products in your shopping cart by clicking on "Edit Cart", or to the shipping information by clicking on "Change Shipping" or the related "Edit" buttons. If you wish to keep browsing and adding more products at this point, simply click "Continue Shopping". When you're satisfied that you have all of the items you wish to order, and that the shipping information is correct, you can place your final order by clicking the "Place Order" button.

Place Order

When you click the "Place Order" button, three things will happen:

1. You will be sent confirmation of your order details via email.
2. Customer services will receive your order details for processing - pending payment.
3. You will be asked to pay for your order in full.

Please note that untill we receive payment in full and confirmed your order details, the order will not be processed or dispatched from our premisis.

Make Payment

Once you've placed your order you will be required to pay for it before your order will be processed or dispatched. Your order will not be processed until we have received payment in full.

We use WorldPay to process our online transactions. WorldPay provide a secure payment gateway for thousands of internet based shops, and millions of customers every day. When your order has been placed, simply click on "Pay Now" to proceed with your order payment. Please note that we do not accept cheques or eftpos transactions. All payments must be made by credit card, through our online payment gateway.
