Coupons Coupons can save you money! A coupon on simply a special code you can enter to get a discount when shopping at our online store. The amount of discount offered will vary depending on the coupon being used. How do I get a Coupon? Coupons aren't physical things you can purchase from us - or beg us for over the phone. :) We might give out a coupon code during a radio promotion, or include one as part of a newspaper ad. You might find one in your @newzealand.co.nz webmail inbox, or while browsing the New Zealand WebLinks directory. You could be sending a KiwiCard, reporting a broken WebLink, or posting a message in the discussion forum area - and all of sudden a coupon will be staring you in the face. Coupons are our way of rewarding you for using the newzealand.co.nz web site. The more you use it, the more likely you are to find a discount coupon. I've got a coupon, now what do I do? If you have a coupon, you can enter the coupon number into the space at the bottom of the shipping details page. The shipping details page is where you provide the information about where your order should be sent (you'll be asked for this after you've added all the items to your shopping cart and pressed the "Next" button). If your coupon is valid, the relevant discount will be itemised on the Order Summary page and reflected in the total order amount. Do coupons expire? YES. Coupons do not last forever. A coupon may be offered as part of a short term promotion, it may be specific to a particular month, day, or even to a particular hour on a specific day. Once a coupon falls outside it's intended lifespan, the coupon will no longer be valid. If the coupon number you have is no longer valid, you will not be able to receive a discount on your purchase. There is no compensation paid, liability or obligation for us to honor any coupon that has expired. Problems with a Coupon?
